A new era has begun for the 90-year old Dallas company. Harper House has consolidated all its operations on the five-acre site at 1945 West Walnut Hill Lane, in the Las Colinas area of Irving.
“We want our new location to be a destination – a place where we can easily work alongside our customers and where our employees enjoy coming to work every day,” explained Harper House President, Chip Harding. “By offering customers a comprehensive facility, they can get a first-hand view of how all of our services come together. I believe this ultimately helps strengthen our role as a strategic partner and further illustrates how we can create efficient, effective marketing solutions that far exceed customers’ expectations.”
The new facility is a place where customers enjoy the convenience of great resources available at their fingertips. For example, a customer-focused resource library sits in the center of the facility, complete with Creative and Photography portfolios, modeling agency catalogs, print and paper samples, as well as finishing and bindery samples. The improved workflow management achieved by bringing all the company's divisions under one roof has streamlined the production process, and allows a richer customer experience. Customers have greater access to Harper House’s broad portfolio of integrated marketing solutions – creative services, photography, premedia, printing, and online solutions with expert advice for every aspect of their project.
