Harper House has recently
changed the title Customer Service Representative to Account Coordinator.
“The
name ‘Customer Service Representative’ has
never fully defined what our people do. We feel this shift
in title better reflects the responsibility the position entails”,
says Jack Harper, President and CEO of Harper House.
The name Customer Service Rep implies order taker. At Harper
House, the account coordinator is your primary contact who oversees
all aspects of your project from job planning through production
and shipping. He/She keeps a keen eye on quality control
throughout the entire process to ensure that the highest levels
of quality are achieved.
Our Account Services team consists of eight Account Coordinators
with an average of over twenty years experience in the industry,
many of those years at Harper House. They have extensive
knowledge in the fields of creative services, photography, premedia,
printing and fulfillment.
